Decent set, shipping a bit slow

I bought the Glass Tea Kettle with Stainless Steel Infuser. Overall, it's a pretty good product. The glass feels durable and the infuser works well for loose leaf tea. It brews a nice cup. My only minor complaint was the shipping; it took about 8 days to reach me, which felt a bit long compared to other online stores. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the tracking, so that was a plus. Good value for what it is, just factor in a little extra time for delivery.

Teapot arrived safe

Got the Stovetop Safe Glass Teapot. It came quickly and was packed really well. No issues. It works on my stove and looks good. Simple and functional.

Good value on teapot set

I was looking for a new teapot and saw the Glass Teapot Set with 4 Double Walled Cups. It seemed like a good deal. I signed up for their newsletter and got 10% off my first order, which was nice. Plus, shipping was free since my order was over fifty bucks. Everything arrived well-packed and it felt like a solid purchase for the money.

Nice mugs, good experience

I ordered a couple of the Double Wall Glass Coffee Mugs, 16 oz, and also a Removable Mesh Infuser. The ordering process was straightforward on their website. It was easy to find what I wanted and checkout was quick. The package arrived in about 6 days, well within the estimated timeframe. Everything was packed securely with no breakage. The mugs themselves are great; they keep my coffee warm longer and don't get too hot to hold. The infuser is also a good quality and fits well in my other teapots. I had a question about cleaning the double-walled glass, and their support page had clear instructions. Happy with my purchase.
